Healthy Strawberry Daiquiris

I know: how can a daiquiri be healthy and still have the crucial ingredient?

You’re kidding yourself if you think that the crucial ingredient is strawberries by the way. It’s totally rum. Priorities, people!

The other night, my friend came over for dinner and I whipped us up a few of these little drinks and holy cow were they yum. No added sugar… only tons of flavor and an equal amount of booze!

These drinks take only a few seconds to throw together and this recipe will make about two servings (four if you use little coupe glasses like I did above!). These strawberry daiquiris are really the perfect drink to make for a hot summer day. Keep reading for the [super easy to make!] recipe.


  • 1 10-ounce bag of frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1/3 cup of rum


Using a juicer (never thought you’d use it for booze, didya?), juice the strawberries and the frozen banana into a small pitcher. Add the lime juice and rum. Using a fork, mix the ingredients together until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
