On Sunday morning, I hosted a pumpkin-themed brunch party for a few of my fellow Circle Seven Five members.
This pumpkin spice latte was the hit of the party.
Pumpkiny and delicious – like the Starbucks version but with half of the calories (when you use almond milk) – this crock pot pumpkin spice latte is basically fall in a cup. This recipe serves 10 so feel free to halve the recipe (etc) based on how many people you are serving.
Ingredients
- 8 cups of milk (I used almond milk)
- 5 cups of strongly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 5 cinnamon sticks
Directions
Place all of the ingredients together in the crock pot. Stir and cook on “high” for 2 hours. Serve hot/warm.
