Pumpkin Spice Cocktail

I love nothing more than a fun cocktail on a cold fall day. This cocktail is festive enough for Thanksgiving, but also easy enough to make for just a random Tuesday night (no judgement!). Keep reading for the full recipe – it makes about 6-8 servings.


  • 1 honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of spiced rum
  • 3 cups of apple cider
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1-2 cups of pinot grigio


Combine all of the ingredients (minus the pinot grigio) in a large pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours. Add the pinot grigio and stir before serving.
