It’s been another three months (and a few weeks because I’m lazy and couldn’t get my sh*t together to write this post). So I thought I would update y’all on how my 30 Before 30 list is progressing.
Over the course of the past three months, I completed two of my goals and I made real progress on two more. So that brings the grand total of completed goals to five. Don’t fret though – I still have four and a half years to complete the full list. Keep the faith, y’all.

Progress: 9 out of 30
My favorite book from the past three months was All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr. A beautiful story with the most stunning imagery. Read more on my review of the novel here.

Completed, October 2015
Some of my favorite recipes from the past three months? Definitely my Crock Pot Minestrone Soup (also pictured above), Lemon Buttered Scallops, Cheesecake-Stuffed Baked Apples with Homemade Caramel Sauce, and my fail-proof Easy Buttermilk Pancakes recipe! So yum.

Completed, August 2015
I went to London and Paris in August of this year and had such a blast! I hadn’t been to London since I was in Middle School and it was so great to see so many of my friends – some of whom I hadn’t even seen since my last trip to London! Paris, however, I’ve visited a few times. And I’ve loved it more and more every time I’ve gone. After this last trip, I seriously considered not coming home! I can’t wait for my next big adventure.

p style=”text-align: left;”>22. See 30 operas
Progress: 5 out of 30
I saw another three operas while in New York City this fall – Anna Bolena, Otello, and Turandot. Of those three, Turandot was by far my favorite. Seriously it was absolutely incredible. As I think this is it for 2015, I look forward to seeing even more operas in 2016 (my goal is to see 10 next year!).
Keep checking in to see my progress on the rest of the list. I am to complete another 2-3 goals by the end of 2015… keep your fingers crossed for me!
