How to Style Riding Boots for Winter

Tory Burch Boots with a blue coat

If you’ve seen me over the past month or two, chances are that I was wearing these gorgeous Tory Burch riding boots.

I’m honestly obsessed. I bought them as my holiday present to myself this past holiday season. After months of lusting after these riding boots (and convincing my friend to buy them in both brown and black so I could at least stare at them on a daily basis), I finally scored them during Tory Burch’s after-Christmas sale.

And it was a good, good day.

Word from the wise: these Tory Burch riding boots run a little roomy – and that’s on purpose! I’m wearing my usual size (9.5 – yes, I know, I’m a hobbit with my small stature and friggin ginormous feet). I usually wear these boots with some comfy, thick boot socks. Basically, if you buy them and they fill a little big, don’t fret… and don’t go down a size (because then they’d be too tight!).

I love riding boots because they’re so easy to style! You can wear them with a mini skirt (as shown above and here!) or with a pencil skirt (like I did here). They look perfect with jeans… no matter the color! Seriously – they’re so versatile.

And that’s probably why I own 4 pairs!
