Happy hump day, y’all! Isn’t this pink bow-sleeve dress just the absolute cutest? Shabby Apple sent it over a few weeks ago and I instantly fell in love. It would be the perfect dress to wear for a fancy Valentine’s Day date or even a fun soirée later this spring.
Because, as y’all know, Punxsutawney Phil didn’t see his shadow… so spring is right around the corner! Might as well start prepping now.
And PS in case you’re not a bright pink kinda girl, this bow-sleeve dress is also available in green, blue, light pink, black, and chambray! And if you ask me, the chambray would be absolutely perfect for a garden party this summer (just picture it with this hat!!).
What I’m Wearing:
Dress: Shabby Apple, c/o (on sale for under $100!) / Purse: Kate Spade / Shoes: Cole Haan
Necklace: J.Crew, old (similar) / Earrings: Kate Spade
Bow Ring: Kate Spade, old (similar) / Signet Ring: BaubleBar
My whole life, I’ve been a girly girl. A bow girl. If something has a bow on it (or is glittery!), I will automatically gravitate towards it. Like a moth to a flame. I was the only kid in the preschool who had to have her hairband perfectly matching her dress (even if my socks were never a matching set… that was my trademark, after all). While my sister adamantly refused to wear colorful, flowery dresses with puffy sleeves, I felt the same about the jeans and a t-shirt look that all of my classmates were sporting. I kept every ribbon from every present so I could tie my hair in a different-colored bow every single day.
Soooo flash-forward to me getting this bow-sleeve dress in the mail. I squealed. Shocker, I know.
And on that note, have a great day, y’all! :)
