I’ve been all about chic little dresses like this collared lace dress ever since I started business school about a month ago. I’m pretty sure I’ve worn dresses or skirts to class almost every single day… and people are definitely starting to catch on. It’s a no-pants party every single day. And, let’s be real: no pants = the best pants.
Flawless logic right there. That’s how I’m going to pass today’s Finance exam, for sure.
What I’m Wearing:
Dress: Slate & Willow (via Rent the Runway) / Heels: Louise et Cie / Purse: similar
Earrings: BaubleBar / Ring: BaubleBar
Okay… maybe my logic is slightly flawed and/or seriously does not apply to my Finance exam. I can accept that. Let’s all just hope (and pray!) that my Finance skills are slightly better than my logic skills today.
I am so excited to be done with today. This week has been a lot and I am just so looking forward to a good night’s sleep without having to worry about anything being due the next day. Oh, and I could use a drink.
Or… like… several.
Tomorrow, I’ll be jetting off for a long weekend in Austin. My best friend from childhood is getting married on Sunday night and we have back-to-back celebrations all weekend long. It’s definitely going to be a totally jam-packed few days but I am so excited to see my family, cuddle with my dog, and celebrate one of my oldest friends. Since I’m a bridesmaid, my dress for the wedding was pre-chosen butttt I’ll be wearing this dress to her casual rehearsal dinner Saturday night. And then I’ll likely be in sweats the rest of the weekend. Because a) she said I can and b) clothes are too much for me right now (I know we’ve all been there).
I hope each and every one of you has a wonderful weekend, regardless of where your adventures take you, and I’ll see you back here on Monday morning with a brand-new outfit!
