Navy Sweater Dress (Under $100!!)

Navy Sweater Dress

Okay, yeah, I totally roasted while shooting this outfit. But I’m assuming that the rest of the world isn’t experiencing Texas weather right now (aka y’all are starting to get into fall / sub-85°F temperatures) and this navy sweater dress was too cute/comfy not to share immediately.

So like… sure, I’m schvitzing. But I’m schvitzing for you. In case you didn’t know it, that’s true love, y’all.

What I’m Wearing:

Dress: Lush (under $100!!!) / Boots: Tory Burch / Purse: Rebecca Minkoff, old (similar)
Camp Socks: L.L. Bean / Earrings: J.Crew / Ring: BaubleBar

As I teased in this past weekend’s newsletter (sign up to receive future mailers here!), I have been living the ever-so-exciting life of a hermit for the past week or so. Three midterms in two weeks with about 15 deliverables due within that time as well have made for a very busy few days. I’ve been on campus every day for at least 12 hours… and then, when the building literally closes (I’ve forgotten that’s a thing), I go home and work some more. It’s a thrilling life I lead, y’all.

I can’t wait for fall temperatures to [finally] set in so I can wear this navy sweater dress for real – it’s perfect for curling up in a ball with a hot cup of tea and studying for hours on end! Which is apparently going to be my life for the foreseeable future.

Hermit-ness aside, I have recently started scoping out places I can study around town: coffee shops, quiet corners, little cafes. Unfortunately, I am literally the most easily-distracted human to ever exist, so studying in public and I aren’t always besties. If you have any suggestions as to places to study in Dallas or how to not get distracted when ferociously attractive men walk by, please let me know below. I can’t take this hobbit life anymore.
