I’m sure it’s no surprise to y’all that I show up for any international flight with a well-stocked in-flight toiletry bag, containing everything I could possibly need – hygiene-wise – over the next 10+ hours. While on my flight to Buenos Aires last month, I showed my friend my bag. Apparently, she doesn’t read my blog… because she was utterly flabbergasted at the contents and at the mere fact that I have such an established routine.
Y’all. This trip wasn’t my first rodeo. I love to travel and, over the years, I like to believe that I’ve perfected the in-flight toiletry bag.
In my bag, you’ll find the obvious toiletry kit staples: antiperspirant, cleanser and moisturizer, toothpaste and toothbrush, and even some baby powder to use as dry shampoo. After dinner is finished, I make a beeline for the bathroom. I wash my face and do my skincare routine, brush my teeth, throw some baby powder in my hair so I don’t leave the plane looking like a greasy mess, apply more antiperspirant, and use the toilet (probably TMI but I drink a lot of water in-flight to make sure I don’t get too dehydrated). A recent addition to my in-flight toiletry bag? Summer’s Eve® FreshCycle™ Cleansing Cloths.

My Top In-Flight Toiletry Bag Must-Haves
I discovered Summer’s Eve® FreshCycle™ right before my trip to Buenos Aires. These products have a light, fresh scent and are great for using throughout the day, throughout the month (not just during your period!). They’re available in a 5oz No-Rinse Foam, 24ct Softpack Cleansing Cloths, and14ct Individually-Wrapped Cleansing Cloths.
While those first two are perfect for at-home use to wipe away odor-causing bacteria, IMO the individually-wrapped cloths are seriously perfect for travel. For my trip to Buenos Aires, I threw a few Summer’s Eve® Individually-Wrapped Cloths into my in-flight toiletry bag and the rest into my regular toiletry bag, which contains all of my skincare, haircare, and makeup for trips (hint: always grab travel-sized products as they’re easier to pack!). Each day, I put a few cleansing cloths in my purse, so I had them handy to give me that fresh feeling while we were out adventuring all day.
