Introducing: my Fall 2020 Capsule Wardrobe! In this guide, you’ll find 26 pieces that you can mix and match over the next few months to create well over 500 (!!!) outfits.
Don’t worry if that seems daunting: I’ll show you how!
I was inspired to create this capsule wardrobe after being in Colorado for the past 2.5 months… with only a suitcase worth of clothes with me! I’ve been mixing and matching (and tbh outfit repeating) galore.
You’ll notice some familiar faces in my Fall 2020 Capsule Wardrobe. My favorite $30 Amazon dress makes an appearance, as do my go-to jeans (recently worn in this post). A lot of the products featured in my Fall 2020 Capsule Wardrobe are either pieces I’ve had my eye on for a really long time (and trust the brand) or pieces I have in my closet and already know I love (like my Dudley Stephens turtleneck).
And hopefully the same goes for you. You’ll see a lot of basics in this capsule wardrobe: a white t-shirt, a camel coat, cowboy boots, and a tote bag. FYI I did that on purpose. You shouldn’t have to buy an entirely new wardrobe in order to mix and match like a pro. Use items you already have. Use this guide to figure out what you can do with what you have on hand… And maybe what are a few items you need in order to really nail that polished WFH look this fall (ahem: may I recommend this dress?).
If you have any questions about sizing or outfits, let me know in the comments or send me an email. I’m always happy to answer any questions!

Before you go explore the capsule wardrobe, know that there are two options for viewing the document. The first is an embedded emag in which every single image in the document is linked to the product. Perfect for exploring and figuring out what you want to purchase from the capsule wardrobe… And what you can supplement with items you already own.
The second option is a downloadable PDF. Just click the button and it will automatically download the entire guide to your device. In this document, the items overview on pages 4 and 5 is linked to each of the individual products, but none of the other pages are. This document is perfect for referencing on-the-go as you can download it to the device of your choice.
